Ireland is still calling me so in two days (3 May) I depart on a two day journey back to Corcreggan Mill. I can hardly wait! The apples still are there, so I’ll be able to make more goodies, Tory Island will appear and disappear in the mist across the dunes, and I’ll get to see The General and Blanca, the resident hens, again. The Druids’ grotto will welcome my bare feet, and the sound of the millstream will tease my ears. I’ll post more when I get back and give you some extra pics of my time here in France. Talksoon!

About MeHello, my name is Erica Gott, and I am traveling the world as a nomad for a year (or more) so that I can meet new people, see new places, and eat new foods. My passion has always been about eating good foods. Now I am following my dream of finding traditional foods all over the world. I’ll be writing posts from each place I visit, comparing the foods I find with the foods I grew up with in the United States. Subscribe to my blog and follow me around the world. Ask questions and I will do my best to answer them. This is going to be an exciting year!
